Atrium (Espacio de Catequesis)

Atrium is a special opportunity for your child to grow in their relationship with Jesus, the Good Shepherd. It supplements a homeroom religion class with an opportunity for kids to spend time reflecting on the Word of God and the Mass in a way that brings their faith experience from the head to the heart.
Students from Pre-Kindergarten through third grade participate in weekly atrium sessions. They learn about how to fully participate in the Mass, the articles and gestures of the Mass, how to read the Bible, and scripture study related to the life of Jesus and the parables he taught.

El Atrium es una oportunidad especial para que su hijo crezca en su relación con Jesús, el Buen Pastor. Complementa la clase de religión del aula con un espacio donde los niños pueden reflexionar sobre la Palabra de Dios y la Misa de una manera que lleva su experiencia de fe de la mente al corazón.
Los estudiantes desde Pre-Kínder hasta tercer grado participan en sesiones semanales en el atrium. Aprenden cómo participar plenamente en la Misa, los objetos y gestos litúrgicos, cómo leer la Biblia y estudian pasajes bíblicos relacionados con la vida de Jesús y las parábolas que enseñó.
